Join us for Sweetheart's Day at the Market. Saturday Feb 13th, 10am- 2pm at Skillins Greenhouses Gray Rd/Rte 100 W. Cumberland.

Simons and Goodwin Music will be at there with folk and soft rock love songs to melt your hearts. Come for the music, look for the Valentine's Day specials and sample our wares.

Super Bowl Stock Up

Come on by and stock up on all your Super Bowl snack and goodies at our Saturday market @ Skillin's Greenhouse in W. Cumberland on Saturday February 6th!

Samples and recipes will be available at many of the vendor tables.
A special guest, Cap't Eli's Soda Company will join us as a guest vendor at the market.

Brenda Pitcher, of Simply Sweet, makes some fantastic sweets and sells at our summer market in Cumberland. She will be making some special treats just for you.

Kay Fowler, Spring Brook Farm, will be there with some of her farm products as well. Grass raised beef and fresh eggs, soup mixes and more!

Maple Ridge Farm offers fresh caught Maine seafood.

Pam with Longwoods Alpaca Farm offers lots of finished knit items and will have plenty of yarn and patterns for those "football widows" looking to start a new project.

Kathy Shaw with Valley View Farm offers fresh eggs, seasonal veggies, baked good from Stone's Bakery and Cafe, and some fantastic local meats such as lamb, pork, goat and beef.

Grape Island Glass offers beautiful handcrafted glass items made by Debbie. AND she has some lovely glass hearts. Don't forget your Valentine!

Tim with Creeping Thyme Farm offers goat milk fudge (!), cheese and yogurt! Sooooo good!

Leslie with Afternoon Tea and Company offers finished knit items, teas and Gluten Free baked goods. She will have a broad selection of gluten and dairy free baked good on Saturday.

The Growling Gourmet has homemade treats for your faithful four legged friends.

At Lakonia Olive Oil you can find Olive Oil, Olives, prepared salad dressings made with their Olive Oil and other Greek items such as herbs and prepared foods.

Dave Holman Photography and Cochabamba Exchange offer finisihed knit Alpaca items such as hats, scarves, mittens and sweaters.

Bob from Flying Llama Farm has a fantastic selection whole and cut chicken, chicken sausgae ground chicken and turkey, rabbit, eggs, fresh dogfood, bird houses and feeders.

Silver Thistle rounds out the market with handmade silver jewelry, period colthing and alterations.

New members are voted in by the current membership at our March 16 meeting. Inquire as soon as possible, to avoid missing the deadline.

Tomatoes At Market!

Yes! Real tomatoes, grown here in Maine!
These super sweet cherry tomatoes are grown by Olivia's Garden.
Hydroponic tomatoes, basil, pea shoots, watercress and lettuce are grown in greenhouses in New Gloucester and can be found for sale with Kay @ Spring Brook Farm.

This hand embroidered little piece of artwork can be found at market with Royal River Photography. Dave, who is the photography and artist with Royal River Photography also has a business called Cochabamba Exchange. He and his wife Rommy carry a wonderful array of fair trade Bolivian alpaca wool garments. The hand embroidered artwork you see above, graces a small little zippered change purse. Stop by to view (and purchase) these beautiful works of art.
